In-Network Insurance Plans & Self-Pay Pricing

We are in-network with the following insurance companies:

  • CareFirst/Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • United Healthcare

  • Cigna/Evernorth

  • Maryland Medicaid

  • Medicare

All sessions are 45-60 minutes for clients using insurance. Some of our clinicians accept insurance and some do not. Please view our clinicians page to see which clinicians accept insurance and the type of insurance they accept. If your clinician does not accept your insurance, we will provide you with the paperwork needed to receive a reimbursement from your insurance company.  Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. As a courtesy, we will attempt to verify your insurance, but it is the patients responsibility to know their policies and what they will and will not cover. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Individual Session:

  • $130 for the initial 1 hour session (cannot be a 30-minute session).

  • $105 after the initial session

  • $65 for a 30-minute session

    (for out-of-pocket clients only).

Couples Session:

  • $130 per session (Dr. Grethel Bradford)

  • $200 per session (Frank Lartey)

Individual Session:

  • $85 for the initial 1 hour session (cannot be a 30-minute session).

  • $75 after the initial session

  • $50 for a 30-minute session (for out-of-pocket clients only).

Couples Session:

Our Booking Policy

Lartey Wellness Group Booking Policy

Per the Maryland Department of Health, all clients are required to sign a Consent for Treatment Form. The Lartey Wellness Group will electronically send you this Consent for Treatment Form within 24 hours of booking your counseling session. The form is required to be signed before your first session. If you cannot sign the form before your first session, it will have to be signed at the beginning of your appointment before any services can be rendered. For same-day appointments, your Consent for Treatment Form should be signed within 1 hour of your scheduled counseling session. 

No-Show/Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that we require at least 48 hours notice for no shows or cancellations of therapy appointments. There is a charge of $50 for no shows, or cancellations that are outside of the 48 hour window. Clients who no show 2 out 3 sessions will be discharged from the Lartey Wellness Group LLC.

Credit/Debit Card on File

Because of our no-show policy, we require all clients to have a credit/debit card on file with us. We safeguard your credit card information in our secure payment site managed by Square. Your credit card will not be charged, unless you violate our no show/ cancellation policy. We also send you a text and email reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment.
