Hello, my name is Catina Johnson. I am passionate about helping others grow, believing that our life experiences shape us into who we are meant to be. My journey began as a preschool teacher, where I nurtured young minds, and it has since transformed into a career dedicated to compassionate care and guidance. For over twenty years, I worked as an administrator at a senior living facility, developing a deep love for helping people at every stage of life as I supported people aging and navigating new challenges.
Mentorship is more than just a role for me—it’s a calling. Having faced my own life’s tribulations, I know firsthand how important it is to have someone by your side during tough times. I’m here to listen and offer you tools for success, no matter your age. My mission is to assist individuals in recognizing and embracing both their vulnerabilities and their strengths.
To my younger clients: You are enough. There is no other person like you, and that is your superpower.
To my adult clients: Let go of who and where you think you’re supposed to be and embrace who and what you are today.
My goal is not just to connect and support, but to inspire the next generation of changemakers and professionals. If you’re navigating life’s difficulties and need someone to walk alongside you, I would be honored to help.Let’s start this journey together.
I am a life long student of religion and spirituality. I have a degree in International Relations and an MA in Religious Studies. I am in the last stage of my MA in Counseling and Clinical Mental Health.
My mentoring and counseling approach is based on Evidence Based best practices and also Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy. I believe that all our clients have God given skills, assets, and capabilities that they are supposed to develop. Every situation, whether good or bad, is an opportunity to use our skills or to discover them and become empowered.
